Our stay was very good, liked tasty and incredible breakfasts.
That was beautiful small hotel set in very very NICE area, just next door to the center of all of the wondorous sites and museums in East Berlin, the major attractions and major sites such as Museum Island.

In general, I truly enjoyed nice design and my enjoyable and clean room. The setting was quite great and super within easy reach of Checkpoint Charlie

The hotel offers tasty and absolutely fantastic meal in the morning
Wonderful strong coffee. Eggs cooked to order. Overall, I had a really nice stay at Hotel Gendarm Nouveau during my business trip. the highlight for me was the delicious breakfast they provided - the meal was truly fantastic, with the added bonus of wonderful strong coffee and eggs cooked just the way you like them.

Superb location plus very good value for money. Best hotel experience. Located an easy walk to checkpoint charlie. It is really close to the airport.

The hotel best asset was that it has a very central location in Berlin close to one of the most beautiful place in Central Berlin (Gendarmplatz). Another good point is the modern and good-taste design of furniture in the hotel.
It was not baby-friendly in particular in the restaurant and rooms are not fully equiped as we could expect for this class of hotel (4 stars, high price): I would expect a water boiler within the room and free coffee / tea.

I loved everything. Room was spacious, really nice decorated and comfortable. Bathroom was also perfect. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of different food (tropical fruits, waffles, apfelstrudel...). Staff was nice and helpful. As it was Easter, we had every night some chocolates in our room. We also received a welcome cocktail and a room upgrade for free... Next to Stadtmitte metro station, with a lot of restaurants and bars. Honestly, the best hotel I haver ever been for a reasonable price. I would suggest this place to everyone who wants to visit Berlin.

The location here is excellent, close to attractions like Brandenburg Gate, the staff is flexible and efficient, the room is well decorated with a fantastic view, and I love the chic-style building.

The hotel has a wonderful location - close to all the "must see" sites. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are wonderful. Great shower, great amenities. The breakfast room is cheery and welcoming - as is the morning staff.
My only gripe is the air conditioning...or lack of.

Convenient location near a public square, not too far from the airport which is about 30 km away. My room had Wi-Fi and a safe box, making it easy to stay connected and keep my belongings secure. 🛡️

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is at the Gendarmenmarkt with a number of good restaurants and shops close by. It is next door to a fantastic chocolate shop and very close to the subway.
The service at breakfast on busier days was fairly slow.
